At VIDA Psychological Growth & Wellness, we create a calm space where your mental health journey is supported with warmth and care.
I have been working in private practice since 2015. For a period of nine years (from 2017 to early 2026), I worked alongside my business partner as the Co-Founder, Director and Principal Psychologist of Qualità Consultant Psychologists Pty Ltd.
Qualità Psychology was a well established clinic with 9 years of partnership, catering for the Sydney CBD, Northern Beaches (Dee Why) and Northern Sydney (Pymble) areas, and also providing services to the Brazilian and Portuguese communities across Sydney. Despite the growth and a successful career, life took both of us to a new venture. Since moving to the Central Coast in 2020, I gradually moved my services to Erina and focused on building my solo practice – now rebranded as Vida Psychology.
What is in the name?
To honour my heritage and identity, I chose the name Vida for my solo practice, which means life in Portuguese.

The concept of psychological growth is borrowed from the literature on post-traumatic growth (PTG) …. which I specialised in while completing my Honours degree.

How abou the humming bird as the logo?
Humming birds are found in abundance in South America , however the reason it was selected to represent my clinic was due to their beauty and meaning.
